A: 30% deposit plus cylider/plate cost, 70% balance paid before shipping.
Q4. What are the payment methods?

Q5. How can I make my own design?
A: We could send you a template for your graphic designer convenient after confirming the bag style and size if you need.
Q6. What format would I need to send you the artwork in?
A: Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF etc. file. Please kindly be noted that the resolution
rate must be higher than 300dpi and the layer must be editable, it can not be merged.
Q7. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design?
A: Yes. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the design.
Q8. Can I get samples to review the quality?
A: Of course. We offer free samples. You would need to pay for the shipping cost, like $30 to the USA,sample shipping cost will be refunded once the order is placed.
Q9. What is the turnaround time for the mass production?
A: 12-15 days(depending on the quantity)
Q10. How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements?
A: We will send you an e-digital proof to confirm the printing before the mass production, the proof is created according to your artwork,it is marked with all the
